Bonnet Reinforcement Plate Kit

The VX220 bonnet can sometimes suffer from damage around the bonnet catch, in the event the fibreglass starts giving way, the fibreglass totally pulls away from the bonnet. This leaves you with a hole in the bonnet and unable to latch the bonnet shut. 
 
We have created an 3mm aluminium plate which is easily fixed onto the face of the bonnet where the latch sits. 
 
A small about of adhesive and the rivets make this a substantial repair. 
 
We have had this on our car for nearly 8 years now and its still works perfectly.
