Lotus Window Guide Kit
 
We took the original guide and recreated it on the PC which allows us to 3D print new ones in many different materials.
 
If you have rattly windows on your Lotus the chances are the guides on the windows have come out of the runners or, worst case they have now worn away and there is now too much clearance. The original guides were made from Nylon plastic, our new 3D printed units are made from ABS+ which has the same abrasive properties as ABS but has better thermal properties.
 
We make sure that when we print our units they are 100% filled which means no air pockets in the part and is totally filled with material. The longevity of the ABS+ units will be similar to that of the original units.
 
Each guide kit comes with 4 pieces enough to do 1 window.
