Z22SE Underdrive Alernator Pulley
When carrying out a supercharger conversion on the Z22SE its more than likely that you will be raising your rev limit on your ending. By doing so you are also increasing the rpms that the alternator spins at and prolonged exposure to these higher rpms will cause premature damage to the alternators.
These pulleys have been designed to reduce the rpms by an equivelant of 25% thus loweing the rpms the alternator sees even when you raise your rev limit.
Theoretically you would need to increase the engine rpm limit to 8000rpm before you would have to worry about ay premature damage to the alternator.
This is highly recommended by us on any SC conversion.
