Suspension Refresh

Postal Service:  - £800
We receive your wishbones and uprights through the post, we will strip out the old hardware (bushes, ball joints & bearings), we then shotblast the wishbones and uprights ready for zinc plating. The wishbones are zinc plated and then baked to remove any hydrogen embrittlement contracted through the zinc plating process. The wishbones are then passivated for a further layer of protection. We then install all components and post back ready for you to install. In an attempt to increase quality we now add a further layer of clear powder coat to the wishbones and cermic coating the Uprights, Steering Arms and Hub Carriers - this is all included within the base price.

Drive in / Drive Out Service: - £1100
Much like the postal service but you drive your car to us and we will do all the hard work! Once the car has been stripped of all the suspension components we thoroughly clean your arches and chassis with aluminium friendly cleaning products as not to damage any anodising. Once the suspension is prepared and plated we will re-install all the hardware, any surfaces which suffer from galvanic corrosion will be treated with Duralac.  In an attempt to increase quality we now add a further layer of clear powder coat to the wishbones and cermic coating the Uprights, Steering Arms and Hub Carriers - this is all included within the base price.

* Lotus cars fitted with the aluminium uprights require careful stripdown and preparation, they are also anodised in silver. Due to the work required and the extra cost of the annodising there is a further charge of £75 per axle.
